It's almost like a necessary evil. There are many pros and cons to using this CRM ProgramAccording to a survey of Agents by Inman News A little more than 1/3 of respondents rated Top Producer 8, 9 or 10 out of 10 (with 10 being the highest). That means 2/3 rated it 7 or lower. In fact 16% rated it 1, 2 or 3!!!Now we all have our own opinion of what we like and what we don't like. Some folks who like Top Producer probably have parts of the product that they hate, but the rest makes up for it.
